FIGMENT, ENYA, and SEAoNY Announce Finalists for 2013-2014 City of Dreams Pavilion Design Competition on Governors Island

Each of the five finalists will have until September 30, 2013 to respond to jury comments and refine their designs. By October 31, 2013, the jury will reconvene to review the revised designs and select a winner.
